Sign in with email and password
- Open the choir sign-in page and complete the Cloudflare security check if it appears.
- Enter the email address registered for your choir account and your password. Choose Sign in.
- If your account does not require multi-factor authentication (MFA), continue to your dashboard. You may also be asked to verify your email address.
- If you see Two-factor verification, enter your authenticator code as explained below. Some accounts must set up MFA before continuing.
Remember me can keep your account recognised on a personal device. It does not bypass MFA. Leave it unticked on a shared or public computer.
Sign in with an authenticator code (MFA)
MFA adds a second check after your password. Whether it is required depends on your account; it cannot be skipped on the sign-in screen.
- Open the authenticator app you used when setting up this choir account. Choose the entry for the choir portal and the correct email address.
- Type its current six-digit code into Authenticator code. Keep any leading zero. This is a code from your app, rather than your password or an emailed code.
- Choose Verify and continue. If the code is about to change, wait for the next code and use that one.
If a fresh code is rejected, check the correct account is selected and that your phone uses automatic date and time. Follow any wait message before trying again.
Setting up MFA for the first time? Follow the Account Security screen to add the displayed QR code or manual setup key to your authenticator app. Confirm the setup using its current six-digit code.
Forgotten password
- Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your registered email address.
- Complete the security check if shown, then choose Email password reset link.
- Check your inbox and spam or junk folder. Use the latest reset email to choose a new password, then return to sign in.
If a reset link has expired, request a new one. If the email does not arrive or you no longer have access to that address, contact a choir administrator. A password reset does not remove MFA.
The Cloudflare security check
The check on the sign-in page helps protect the portal. Wait for it to show success before submitting the form; it may complete automatically.
If it stays blank or keeps asking you to retry, check your connection and that JavaScript is enabled. Reload the sign-in page, or try your usual updated browser. If a privacy extension blocks the check, allow it for the choir site. Reloading may clear anything you typed in the form.
Lost phone, new phone or still unable to sign in
If you cannot get an authenticator code, contact a choir administrator using your usual choir contact details. They will need to confirm your identity before helping you regain access. There is currently no recovery-code sign-in option on this portal.
For a replacement phone, keep access to your existing authenticator until the replacement has been set up and tested. If you see an account-unavailable or session-expired message, try signing in again; contact an administrator if it continues.
When asking for help, describe which screen you reach and the error message. Never send your password, authenticator codes, setup key or QR code.
